As an EMDR Approved Consultant, my focus lies in treating Complex PTSD (CPTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Dissociative Disorders. Drawing heavily from the frameworks of Dolores Mosquera and Jim Knipe, my therapeutic approach integrates parts work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ego states to lay the groundwork for EMDR therapy with these populations. Additionally, as both an Art Therapist and Reiki Master, I offer a holistic approach to healing, utilizing creative modalities and energy work to support clients on their journey towards wholeness. I provide consultation on integrating art and Reiki into the therapeutic process for clients who resonate with these complementary approaches, enhancing their resourcing and healing potential.
