DID Support Group
Run by Cara Czarnecki, LPC
Our mission is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) can come together to share how they experience DID, provide mutual support with others who share similar challenges, and build a sense of community. Our goal in this support group is to offer a safe, confidential environment that fosters understanding, reduces isolation, increases awareness, and promotes healing.

The goal of this group is to help clients enhance reflective thinking, reduce impulsivity, and improve emotional regulation while increasing self-care. By the end of the program, participants will have a clearer understanding of themselves beyond their BPD diagnosis, a deeper awareness of trauma responses and their impact on BPD symptoms, and knowledge of trauma treatment options. They will also develop better skills in managing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as gain a heightened awareness of their own and others' feelings and reactions.
